Hello Team,

I have bought new iphone 6s and updated IOS to 10.

O accessing app store none of the action is working.Can you please tell me if i am missing anything?

Have you try to tap 10 times on the Explore Icon of the AppStore?here is an image to guide you 🙂

Hello.

Try these general steps. They could help.

1. Reset your iPhone by pressing and holding Sleep/Wake and Home buttons.

2. Sign out from your iCloud account and sign back in again.

My issue got resolved on killing application and starting it agains.
